Shipping policy

At MadMyth, we want your products to reach you safely, quickly, and in the best condition. Here’s how our shipping works.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take an extra day — we’ll keep you updated.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on email / SMS / WhatsApp.

Shipping Timeline (India Only)

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days
    Timelines may vary slightly depending on courier service and local conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee is applied at checkout.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD), if enabled, may have an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner name
  • Real-time tracking link

If the link isn’t updating, give it 12–24 hours — courier systems sometimes take a little time to sync.


Failed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and you’re unavailable:

  • They’ll try again.
  • You may get a call or SMS to reschedule.
    If the order returns to us due to incomplete address or non-response, we’ll help you place a fresh order.

Address Changes

If you need to update your address, reach out within 12 hours of placing the order:

Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to change the address.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  • Take photos/videos of the package
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund based on the situation.

International Shipping

Right now, we ship only within India. International shipping will be added soon.
